When is EPF registration mandatory?+
EPF registration is generally mandatory for establishments employing 20 or more persons. Smaller establishments can also register voluntarily. We can check applicability for your business.
When is ESIC registration required?+
ESIC generally applies to establishments with 10 or more employees in notified areas, covering employees earning up to the prescribed wage limit (currently ₹21,000 per month).
What is the benefit of MSME (Udyam) registration?+
Udyam registration gives businesses access to government schemes, subsidies, easier credit, protection against delayed payments from buyers, and preference in certain government tenders.
